The former England rugby superstar James Haskell decided the important day to make a debut on the MMA tournament which is the second biggest tournament in America Bellator.
Used to gain 77 important titles while being together with the England rugby team, James Haskell acclaimed to quit his career as a rugby player on the purpose of making a debut on the professional MMA field. The attacking-position player of Wasps and Northampton not a long time ago revealed that this decision has been under his consideration for a long time, and after a long period of rehearsing and practicing mixed martial arts.
“I will not accept any tasks if I do not feel any confidence while doing it. Coaches would give me the most detailed direction and help me know what I should do. All depend on how they plan and set up the practicing plans as well as cross out anything not necessary for the MMA career.”, Haskell shared.
Being fascinated in MMA for such a long time, James Haskell has taken part in London Shootfighter for 10 years to improve his physical condition. This is also the practicing space of many renowned MMA superstars such as Michael “Venom” Page or Mike Shipman, who are his future teammates that Haskell would be really grateful for, especially during these first steps of Haskell as a MMA player.
“They are all experts on this sports, and I am really looking forward to getting clue of how strategies they set up for me would look like” – Haskell said excitedly about his teammates.
James Haskell will officially made a debut in MMA at the BELLATOR event taking place in London on the 16th, June. At this present, his competitor has not yet been published. Apart from Haskell, recently, another rugby superstar has switched to MMA quite successfully, who was Greg Hardy in UFC.
